My Promise...





"Get away from me!!"
"Miss Hyuuga...stop! Quit your squirming! Your gonna die either way!"
"No!! Stay away!"
"*sigh* You wont make this easy will you?"
He took out a kunai and aimed for her heart. Kinda hard...

BOOM!!!
The leader ninja turned around and stared at the smoke and dust that floated around.
"What the--!"
"Get away from her...or else!"
Naruto walked out of the dust when he said this. It seemed that the whiskers on his face were growing out and the orange chakra was seeping out. His eyes had the slits of the fox too. Very scary...
"And if i dont...?"
The leader smirked.
"Ill kill you!!"
"Ha! By yourself?! Im the best in the village next to our leader. You cant beat me! And besides..."
The ninja grabbed Hinata's face and put the kunai to her neck.
"...Ive got the upper hand here..."
"Let her go..."
"No w--argghhh!"

Hinata bit the guys hands and he let go of her. The blood was gushing out for she bit a vital spot...(kinda like the wrist) Some of his blood was dripping down her chin. He stared at his hand then at Hinata.
"...Bi***......"
He slapped her across the face. Naruto was pissed...big time.
"Oh...Hell no!!!"
Naruto became furious. He dashed toward the guy so fast that the ninja didnt even notice until Naruto punched him in the stomach. He flew toward the wall but right before he hit it, Naruto popped up in front of him and kicked him down to the ground face-first. When the ninja leader hit the floor it created a crater.

Naruto's fox for disappated and he ran up to Hinata. He broke the chains around her feet.
"Naruto......you did come."
"Well yeah. We made a promise."
Hinata smiled and blushed. Naruto was getting the last one on her hand when...
"Naruto! Look out!"
A kunai came flying at his head. Hinata grabbed the kunai and threw it back at the abyss. Blood was dripping from her hand.
"Damn...i got cut..."
"Whats wrong Hinata?"
"They have poison that drains your chakra...Watch it."
Naruto nodded and turned to face the crater. Just then the ninja came out and laughed evilly.
'That blow should of killed him...'

"Ha! Is that the best you got?!"
"You are so annoying...Just die!"
Naruto's chakra started bubbling again. The ninja just laughed harder than before. Then he disappeared.
"What the?!?!"
Naruto looked around but didnt see him.
"And i thought you said you were going to be Hokage..."

Out of nowhere, something punched Naruto in the face. Then a blow to the stomach.
"Ahhh! What the hell?!"
"Like my jutsu... Purely my own..."

Blows came out of nowhere again. They came harder with more speed. Naruto's blood was coming out of his mouth and everywhere else and it splattering  on the floor. Then there was one more blow to the face and Naruto fell to the ground. He coughed up blood...lots of it.
"Whats the matter?......Cant counter me?"

All the while, Hinata was staring in shock.
'Oh no! Ive got to do something fast...or else Naruto will...'
Hinata shook the idea and thought. Hinata was still stuggling with the chain so running to his aid was out of the question.. Then she thought...there was only one way to help him out.
"Byukugan!"
Hinata looked by Naruto and saw that the leader ninja was floating right above Naruto.
"Naruto! Above you!"
The guy glared at her but felt something wrap around his neck. Naruto had grabbed him and was now standing up. The cuts and bruises however were not healing as if Naruto didnt want them to. His chakra was flowing around him to take on the fox shape...with five tails...(Naruto had learned to control 7 of them)

"Your dead!!"
Naruto threw the guy against the wall. Now it was Narutos turn to attack. He was going to use his not-to-be-used move. He made two clones and  and they started to make the crystal ball shape. It then started turning into the shuriken shape.Then the Naruto clones poofed away. He was about to run but then his arm began to hurt and the Rasengan was losing power. Naruto winced
'Damn!'
"Need...more...power..."
Suddenly he felt something grasp his arm. It was Hinata.
"Use whats left of my chakra!"
Hinata made her chakra flow from her hand to his. Somehow the Rasengan took on a really dark purple/black color. Then Hinata let go and gasped before saying...
"Go get'em!"
Then she fainted. Naruto smiled and then looked at his target. Naruto then ran at the ninja leader buried in the cave wall. He jumped in the air and threw the shuriken-looking Rasengan at him. The leader looked up and said...
"Holy--"
He died right then and there. Naruto landed on the floor, and looked at the hole in the wall.
"Ultima Rasengan......no one ever survives..."

Then Naruto turned to Hinata and ran to her side. He picked her up in his lap and smiled weakly.
"Hey Hinata......wake up..."
"mmmhh..." She opened her eyes and blushed.
"Good...your okay..."
She smiled.
"So you got him...?"
"Yeah...thanks for helping."
"Heh...your welcome."
"Give me your hand Hinata..."

Naruto grabbed her hand and gave her the locket. She gasped.
"You kinda dropped it..."
"Oh well, umm...im sorry."
Naruto just smiled. He placed his hand under hers. He focused his chakra on his hand and the locket opened.

*I still hear your voice when you sleep next to me...
I still feel your touch in my dreams...*

"Naruto...its beautiful but..."
"My mother... left it for me in a box... before she died..."
Hinata just looked at him.
"In a letter... it said 'Give this...to someone precious to you...'"
Hinata gasped.
"Well...Hinata i guess what im trying to say is... I really like you... You're my precious person..."
"Naruto...i love you too..."
Hinata then hugged him really tight. Naruto winced.
"Owww...."
"Oh! Im sorry...you okay?"
"Yeah. Im fine. Just some scratches..."(ya right...)
"You sure?"
"Yeah...umm cmon. We cant keep them waiting."
"Kiba Shino and Neji...they cam for you too."
"You guys...."

Naruto stood up, wiped some blood off his face and held out his hand to her. She grabbed it and tried to stand up but couldnt.
"Oww......seems i hurt my ankle..."
She blushed from embarassment.
"Heh...dont be clumsy..."
Naruto suddenly picked her up in his arms. She blushed more and he just smiled at her. Then Naruto started walking out.

The sun hit their faces as they left the cave.
"Naruto! We did it!!"
Neji Kiba and Shino came running up, and Naruto set Hinata on a nearby rock. She was blushing like mad.
"Phew...Hinatas safe..."
Hinata looked at everyone and smiled.
"Thanks for coming to get me..."
Shino went and kneeled by Hinata.
"Thank Naruto. Hes the one who found out you were missing first."
She just giggled.

Neji then talked out of nowhere, looking at the sky.
"Yes, Lady Hinata...your welcome..."
"Oh...Thank you Neji!!!"
Hinata jumped and hugged her cousin. Neji blushed at the sudden surprise.
"Hinata......this is not appropriate!"
"Branch family or not, your still my cousin!"
Hinata hugged him tighter. He sighed.

"Cmon guys. Lets quit lol-gagging and get back to the village."
Shino sounded annoyed. Kiba pouted.
"Fine, lets go, People!"
"Cmon Hinata. Ill give you a piggyback ride."
"Wait what?"
Naruto took no excuses. He picked her up and put her on his back. She blushed really red.
"Alright guys...lets go home."
